I guess I am still confused. I always thought that the first 3 numbers decided. So in the example below, these are in the same c class:

192.167.123.123
192.165.111.111

Notice how the first three numbers are the same in each? That was what I thought the same c class is? Is this wrong? A better question might be, what do I tell a sever company when I want the first three numbers to be different from one another?
