Just been checking out our sites analytics, although Google provides the most traffic we're getting a good chunk out of Bing too, think it's time to start looking into optimising for Bing. Just searched "Bing SEO Tips" and this page was number 1, good start!

Thank you for the tips. Although SEO is mostly about common sense, it's oftentimes nice to get pertinent information and numbers rather than abstract ideas. My site had begun to slip down the rankings in Bing a little, despite rising in Google and Yahoo! from all our link-building, article writing, and optimising. I realised that we really hadn't paid enough attention to outbound links, which is really what the web is all about (without them, the web is just a bunch of disparate pages of information and not "webby" at all).

Also, I was interested to read that Bing doesn't automatically crawl the entire site. I think we were coming to this conclusion when the number of indexed pages in Bing's webmaster tools never rose above 1. So, armed with all this new information, we're now going to re-adjust our web marketing strategy ever so slightly, and see if we can make Bing love us as much as Yahoo! and Google do!
