We have been using KeyMetric for about 8 months and the benefits have been astounding. We get to see every offline conversion (and online conversions as well) and track them back to our online campaigns. The biggest value is that they track to the paid search term and search query level so we can adjust our campaigns and bidding trends based on real performance.

They have provided a ton of consulting as well to help us figure out how to best use the data.

Check them out if you are serious about tracking offline conversions. They even have the ability to track in-store conversions, but I am not sure how as we do not use that product.
