How do you do that? Here are 3 quick and easy tips.
- Offer them exclusive deals—People love exclusivity. It makes them feel special. And your best customers really are special, so you should treat them as such. Offer them exclusive deals available to no one else, and make sure to point out that these deals are exclusive. Make a big deal of it. You can also host private events in your stores that let only invited guests attend and shop.
- Get social with it—Incorporating social media into your rewards strategy just makes sense. There are many ways you can get social and reward your customers. For instance, you can set your company up on any of the various check-in applications and create various badges, awards, and trophies for customers who check in most often.
- Send them personalized thank-you notes—These days, customers are used to getting mass messages from companies. Sending your best customers personalized thank-you notes (handwritten notes are best) will get their attention and show them how much you really do appreciate their business. It’s a simple gesture that can go a long way to maintaining their loyalty.
