I personally prefer online chat over phone (btw I am still awaiting my turn for the next available operator from the hosting company I&#039;m using right now) because I can still doing other stuff in different windows on my computer while waiting. As a customer, imagine how annoying it would be when you call in, having to go thru a long list of computerized menu before you can get to press to choose the right option. Then the phone keeps on ringing, nobody is there to answer you. Or someone would answer just to put you on hold for another 10, 15 minutes. That can be aggravating, not to mention wasting your cell&#039;s minutes... To me, that is bad customer service which in turn has a negative effect on the company&#039;s service &amp; offerings. </description>
