		<description>Fear is a really great motivator in driving sales. When I was fresh out of college I held down a sales job selling Study Methods courses  to parents who were fearful of their kids failing at school. It was a cinch, and taught me the fear lesson over and over again. 
 
Our entire sales pitch was based on exploiting this fear of failure, and by adding some magical seeming tricks to the equation in the form of a grid of numbers we would memorise using visual association, a really cool trick, we had them beat. Closing the deal wasn&#039;t difficult at all! </description>
