I just write my blog posts naturally, but I do keep my keywords in mind and I make sure I use them.

It's much better to have good copy that people want to read. That way they come back again and some will link to me and send other people my way.

Fantastic article, someone tried giving me SEO advice and told me I had to drop certain words by "2" and mention another word 3 more times to get higher up the search engine. It just doesn't make sense to me, most sites don't perform the way they should on the search engines due to external links being incorrect IMHO.
I'll be sure to tweet for you!

These are great tips! I have to watch it because whether I do it on purpose or not, many times when I'm writing on a topic that is so focused it's easy to use a keyword numerous throughout the copy.

Your idea of using keyword synonyms is helpful.

Thanks for such great tips,
Jarrod

Excellent point about Keyword Stuffing. So often when you talk to someone about rewriting their page they immediatly go from nearly no words to full on keyword stuffing.

It is important to find that nice balance.
